GENERAL INFORMATION

We are happy to inform you that the 36th Inter School Athletic Meet of ICSE/ISC school will be hosted by L.N.C.P.E. Trivandrum, on September 7 & 8, 2018

We cordially invite all member school to participate in this Meet with unity and sportsman spirit. We look forward to your whole-hearted support and co-operation for the smooth conduct of the sports events.

1. Eligibility

The school affiliated to ICSE/ISC Board and those school having membership with the Association and have paid the annual activity fee of Kerala Region are eligible for participation.

a) Age & Status:

• Juniors: Students born on or after 01/01/2002 and studying in class 12 or below but not below STD 6.
• Seniors: Students born on or after 01/01/2000 and studying in class 12 or below but not below STD 6.

3. Events for the All Kerala Athletic Meet 2018

Track Events for Boys

100mtr, 200mtr, 400mtr, 800mtr, 1500mtr, 10mtr Hurdles, 5km walk & 4 x 100mtr Relay.

Field Events for Boys

Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, Shot –put, Discus Throw & Javelin Throw.

Track Events for Girls

100mtr, 200mtr, 400mtr, 800mtr, 100mtr Hurdles, 3km walk & 4 x 100mtr Relay.

Field Events for Girls

Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, Shot –put, Discus Throw & Javelin Throw.

4. Accommodation

• (a). Accommodation for both boys and girls at Girideepam Convention centre, Trivandrum. It requires advance booking.

A/C room with 2 beds – Rs 1,500/- per day. Only 5 rooms available
Non A/C rooms with 3 beds (Bathroom attached)– Rs 500/- per day
Dormitory – Rs 172/- per bed
• * Only limited numbers are available. Allotment will be on the basis of first come first serve.

* For Boys' Accommodation a Loyola school, Sreekaryam, Trivandrum

* For Girls Accommodation at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Nalanchira, Trivandrum

• The school volunteers will receive the teams if intimated earlier, at the railway station / bus stand.
• A refundable caution deposit of Rs.500 will have to be paid by participating schools who need an accommodation in the school premises.
• Those who need accommodation other than these will make their own arrangements.

5. Food

Food will be supplied as per the following schedule:
